i've been a gits fan from the beginning. mia zapata was a fascinating singer and artist. her music has been a part of my life for over 18 years. her rape and murder was absolutely breathtakingly devastating...my heart has ached in her memory each and every day since her untimely death.

I don't know what's up with all this spam shit on this Gits' guestbook. However, shut the fuck up and listen you ugly assed spammers. You are spamming on a website that is dedicated to the memory of a band whose lead singer, Mia Zapata, was brutally murdered. The pain an suffering that this woman went through I choose not to disclose. This is a story that is unbearable to say the least. Steve M., will you please remove all spam from this website. It is completely disrespectful to all those who knew, loved, or wanted to know Mia and The Gits.

Hi I have only lived in Seattle for 2 years now & heard about the Gits shortly after I arrived to Capital Hill. I have listened to Mia's music & she is very simular to the spirit and fire of Janis Joplin in which I love. I'm sorry she was taken from us so soon, I'm sure the gits would have become of the Nirvana caliber & status. I have been to the Comet Club several times to try and feel her presence & reflect & talk to people about her ect.., I wish I could have seen her perform, she seemed to be the classic Capital Hill person & style at the time she was living there, I am now in my fortys so I would have been of age at the time if I had been living in Seattle then and surely would have attended her performances. I just wish she would have stayed the night at her friends place that fateful night.

You are going to get fucked by some person in the industry(music/film). It just depends on who and their capacity to kill another's dream if you allow them too. "It's not how it's going to happen, but who it's going to happen to and how they resist".

Dominique - Wednesday, January 9th, 2008 5:27 PM PST
I'm from New York and The GIts have rocked my world since 1990. Mia's murder has killed us all.

Danny - Tuesday, November 27th, 2007 2:57 PM PST
Man, I just watched the video on YOUTUBE that was shown at the trial for Mia. I can't believe that S.O.B. received only 36 years for her murder!!! I could only imagine the feeling her friends and family had sitting there in the same room with this vile creature murderer. This was such a heinous crime. I'm glad you put this film together which really demonstrates the loss of Mia Zapata. What a shame and a sad commentary on the state of this planet. Viva Zapata and I wish I could have been in that courtroom to see that P.O.Shit squirm as he is watching the brilliance of Mia and all her friends document her greatness. Oh I hope that he thinks about Mia Zapata every night of his miserable life in his quarter inch jail cell. If there is a God, please let me live long enough to see justice served.

Ozren - Tuesday, November 27th, 2007 5:07 AM PST
Hi Steve...is your myspace.com page works...Have a great day man..Viva Zapata!

Lisa Davis - Monday, November 26th, 2007 9:43 AM PST
Hi guys, Today Ive seen a re-enactment of Mia's murder and also a programme about what happened to her. Thank God that the evil guy who did that to her was caught! I hadn't heard of you before but the programme showed quite a bit of Mia performing and you guys playing - no doubt you wouldve been major had evil not had its way! One thing though I loved the music and am now looking into getting some material of yours. Ive always been into punk and subsequent british and american bands that have come from that genre of music. My son is 18 and in a punk band too when he gets in later Im going to show him this website and your stuff Im sure he will love it as much as I do.

Anyway just want to say that youre great, you obviously trasured Mia tons it showeed through your relentless fundraising and employment of private detectives. Its a tragic story but there is a thread through it I believe that says today is all we have, yesterdays gone, tomorrows not here, when it comes today will be gone forever too and we have to grab life with two hands and live it to the full and well, slways striving to get closer to your dreams eh? sorry one of yours never came through but you guys were sure blessed to have known this special lady for as long as you did.
I look forward to listening to more of your music and Im going to look into getting one of your hoodies.
Finally thanks for making the great music you have!!

Ben , Media, PA. - Monday, November 26th, 2007 9:28 AM PST
Thanks for the heads up about the hoodie. Thanks to The Gits for making this past weekend bearable at work. Nobody around on a holiday weekend equals Gits music played loud. AAAAHHHHH!! The simple pleasures in life.

The Gits were a band that always took me out of my funk. If things were shitty, I just cranked up the music and imagined that Mia was looking down on me and smiling. Now and then I still crank their music up and feel Mia's presence.

Franky-New York - Tuesday, November 20th, 2007 6:43 PM PST
I saw The Gits at The Weathered Wall in Seattle back in the early 1990's. They were all dressed up in costumes-Mia was a jester. That was a great show. Viva Zapata and The Gits!!!

Ben , Media ,PA. - Tuesday, November 20th, 2007 12:23 PM PST
As requested , aposting Gits fan.I heard the Gits " It All Dies Anyway" on college radio in late 1990 or early 1991. That one song and the catching The Gits live in 1991 in Seattle , sadly my only show, made me a fan for life. Not a day goes by that their music , music that matters, isn't in my cd player. My only problem is that I tend to drive too fast when The Gits are playing.

Any news on the cd release date? Could a dvd containing several live performances be the "surprises" mentioned ? Hint Hint. Also , please bring the film to the Philly area.

Sorry to sound like such a needy prick , but considering some of what passes for music today , I need all The Gits I can get.

VIVA ZAPATA AND VIVA THE GITS!!!!

Line, Denmark - Monday, November 19th, 2007 7:38 AM PST
I have been a big fan of The Gits for over 10 years now, you practically saved my life. There were days in 1998-99 when I did nothing else but listen to your records. It helped me through some tough times, and I love you and Mia for that, for ALWAYS. Thanks for all the great music.. when I'm down I still put on one of your records as it makes me feel better. Mia was such an amazing talent. I hope the documentary will be available on DVD soon.. take care..

Aaron Leto - Monday, November 19th, 2007 12:43 AM PST
The Gits and Mia Zapata really brought me back to life. I never saw them live, but after hearing them for the first time, it was truly amazing.

Tim Ramstetter - Saturday, November 17th, 2007 11:41 AM PST
Just recently learned of "The Gits" and I am truly a fan. Mia was truly something special as anyone can tell when they hear her voice and understand the lyrics. It is bands like "The Gits" that were responsible for changing music forever.

thought I was able to carry on..

Written by Sam Cooke and then performed by Mia Zapata.

That murderer should have been burned at the stake. I hope he remembers who he murdered, the one and only Mia Zapata from The Gits.

John - Friday, November 16th, 2007 1:41 PM PST
The other night I saw the story on Mia Zapata on a show called Forensic Files. I can't believe what happened. It's an amazing story how they caught the bastard.

Mia Zapata and The Gits Rock!

Tammy - Thursday, November 15th, 2007 1:04 PM PST
I saw Forensic Files last night on tv and I'm blown away. First, Mia Zapata seems to have been an amazing person. Second, the medical examiner had the foresight to collect the saliva sample before the scientific technology was available to test such a small sample. Koodos to the police and the investigative team. Mia Zapata will be remembered forever.

Tommy - Thursday, November 15th, 2007 12:26 PM PST
first time i've seen anything by THE GITS and am fuckin blown away thanks for everything

- Tuesday, November 13th, 2007 7:11 PM PST
We just put up the video on You Tube that was shown during the trial for Mia Zapata during the sentencing phase of the murder trial. It is just over 8 minutes in length and it is original in its content--somewhat crude due to time constraints. The murderer, the judge and Mia's friends and family watched just before the 36.6 year sentence was thrown down on this heinous callous killer. Mia Zapata and The Gits have been considered one of the best bands out of the Seattle 90's scene.

I just saw the 7 Year Bitch video on you tube "MIA". Wow. How close to The Gits were Mia and 7 Year Bitch girls? It's outrageous that in our culture and society that rape still exists. How could this have happened?

I wish I could see a Gits' show. What a shame that this murdering piece of crap had to go ahead and kill the one and only Mia Zapata. Seafish Louisville is my favorite album because it's recorded live and you can hear Mia speak. Best song besides Second Skin is Precious Blood.

I couldn't agree more with the previous sentiment. Take the spam/sham elsewhere.

More importantly , THANK YOU to the The Gits for your amazing music. You've greatly helped get me through good times and bad since the night I saw you in 1991. Can't wait for the new release and an opening and/or DVD release of the movie.

Mia really changes my life as a teenage girl at the moment, she inspires me for being the person I really am. she forces me to do great things, to love the people who support me all the time. I was a little girl when she died, I guess I was only 4 years old. no one deserves such a brutal death. I wish she was still with us, I really think she would still rock our socks at the moment.
Ofcourse the gits aren't only Mia, I really love your music!

Cheers to all and more later.

My daughter was born 4/18/96, I named her Mia Marcella "as a fan of her music and her name". I was heartbroken to hear of the loss of Mia on TV's unsolved mysteries years later. when will the documentry be available on DVD? I would love for my daughter to learn what an awesome person she was named after.

I just discovered the Gits through online radio. I heard Whirlwind and thought, "This band is amazing! How have I not heard of them?!" What's weird is, I kind of had. I'm from Louisville, and when I was a teenager, my mom knew I liked Seattle music and told me about how she had taught this girl, Mia, who had gone out to Seattle and started to make it big as a rock star before she was tragically murdered. I'd never heard of the Gits, but I always kind of remembered the story.

Anyway, I'm 27 now and I'm discovering your music for the first time. You were SO GOOD...ALL OF YOU. When I came home to visit a couple of weeks ago, I asked Mom what Mia was like. She said that she was always really unique and artistic but that she was the type of kid that needed to break little rules now and then just to feel grounded. She'd had her in computer class back at Pres. I played some of the songs and videos online for my her, and when Mia was talking between songs Mom said "Oh yeah. That's just what she sounded like in class--that deep voice." I didn't realize that it would upset her so much to hear her, but she teared up and ran out of the room.

Mia must've been a really lovable person. It's amazing how many people remember her. I really think you guys are my favorite band now, and I'll bet the more people get to hear what you recorded, the more people will become instant fans. I have a feeling that Mia's going to be remembered for a long time.

To Steve and Matt and Andy, just thought I'd say hey and give in to my memory of Mia, I listen to your music and it still makes me so sad to think she is not alive and that she died so tragically. I was living in Europe when she died, and no one told me about her death until I came back to the States. The thought still haunts me and I miss her terribly. She shines brightly in my heart and you guys are an amazing testament to how she affected those she came into contact with.

Only saw you once, about a month before the murder. I was a neo-deadhead until that moment. best show I've ever been to in my life. mia jump-started my dying heart, as did all the Gits. (love Joan Jett, too.) I lived in the C.D., right around the corner from where, you know. I met a roommate of hers at the Comet (Vomit); she told me about Mia's poetry and warm personality, and, uh... I haven't seen any of the stuff on YouTube until just now, and found this site. sorry to be so floundering, I'm drunk here in Kansas City, remembering when I lived in Seattle circa 1992-5 and, like I said: best show I've ever been to. it changed my life and made me get off heroin (at least), and also, not to worry about becoming famous. can't wait for the movie - wish I could help out. if it ever comes to KC, I'm on your team. gods and goddesses or whatever the universe is: bless you all. rock on!

Oh Steve.... you are so right.
July 7, 1993 does seem like yesterday. The day that replays over and over in my head.
You, my dear friend, have always been the rock that held us all together.
The beaten and bruised stone that has stood strong to the bitter end.

I love you for that Steve and, for the awesome friend you have always been to Mia.

I came here today, like I do every year on this day, to share my pain and love for my friend.
Of course, I was distracted by reading and shedding tears over Steve's heartfelt words.

The tears just come with the day.

Mia.... I love and miss you everyday. I will always hold dear the times we shared and the friendship we had together.
Thank you for being you.

VIVA ZAPATA!!!

My mother in law is a family friend and we have a 45 of The Gits in our guest bedroom. I slept there last night and believe Mia visited me in my dreams. I don't know her personally, only of her. I saw her face and she wanted to say hi to her friend "Robert" and said "she hated animal print." Not sure what that means. She seemed happy.
My wife looked Mia up on the web this morning and we saw the anniversary of her death was today. I'm not a medium, I sometimes get visited in my dreams. To all her friends and family, I'm sorry for your extreme loss.

Hi Folks. Mia was killed on this day in 1993. Maybe about this time, I'm not sure. She was truly a great human being and a dear friend of mine. I, for one, really appreciate that all you guys from all over the world are still into our music and keep Mia's voice alive. We'll do our part to keep the music available. We always tried to do something good with our music, reach out, communicate Resilience and hope. We liked to play on the floor to look the audience right in the eye at shows. Not very good at being rockstars.
Mia was raped, beaten, strangled and left in a gutter to die. She suffered horribly for nothing. She tried harder than anyone I've ever known and expressed herself as a poet. She should still be here playing in THE GITS with Matt and Andy and me, touring the world and meeting all of you. Mia went down fighting and I carry on fighting for my life and for Mia and for "all my friends!"
July 7, 1993. Seems like yesterday.
All the best. Steve

I became aware of Mia's case after traveling to Seattle several times. A heartbreaking tragedy...god bless her and everyone involved. Thankfully at least now justice has been done but of course can never repair the damage. Mia was a gifted woman and is obviously missed.

ALSO: Please don't let liberal scum politicians allow vermin, like the scumbag that killed Mia!!.... into the US from countries like mexico, cuba, columbia etc....illegals have no place here.

I'm only 14, and I discovered your music about a year and a half ago.
I just wanted to let you know that your music touched me, and it helped me discover deep, poetic music that wasn't "emo" in today's terms, and still had fun with itself. I am incredibly saddened by the fact I will never get to see you guys perform live, or meet Mia. She had a great voice, and seemed to be such a beautiful person.
much love.

Jorgie-Los Angeles - Sunday, June 10th, 2007 9:45 PM PDT
Mia has long been gone. It is such a profound tragedy. Most of us didn't know her but she has become an icon. I guess The Gits will go down in history along with Mia. However, it is unfortunate, to say the least, that this phenomenal band is only recognized for this horrific tragedy. The music will stand the test of time as will the prolific vocals of Mia Zapata. Please try to spread the energy of the music, not the hype of Mia's death. I don't know exactly, but maybe she would have wanted the music to stand on its own.

I actualy noticed something interesting today..you can't find the lyrics to "Spear & Helmet" on any of The Gits releases. I wandered why until I really paid attention to Mia's singing and realized how eerily that song resembles how she died so i suppose thats the reason you can't find them in the cd booklets. I can only imagine how painful it probably is for the guys to hear that song now. But I just thought I'd mention it since I haven't ran into anyone whos noticed that little detail.

I too saw the A&E show. I was very touched by the dedication & devotion shown to Mia's memory, and the efforts the band and her friends took to find her killer. Taking care of someone in death in such a remarkable way is truely incredible. She is fortunate to have had such wonderful friends - it also shows what a remarkable young woman she was.

I'll be watching for the movie this summer in Seatown. Is it going to make the film festival? The Gits were one of the most amazing bands of all times IMHO. I love every song I've heard of theirs. I wish I'd had discovered them back in the day and seen them live. The music is so emotional, and just fucking amazing that it's hard to describe how it makes me feel. My life has been enriched by this music. It seems like Mia was good people besides just being an exceptionally gifted and talented artist/vocalist. Thanks to all for sharing stories, it makes for a better visual. I'm a fan for life!

I just want to say that I love The Gits, Mia is my idol. I think that the bastard that did what he did made a huge mistake and took the life of one the most talented people I've ever had the chance to hear. I wish I would of had the chance to meet her. I'm a writer an love to sing. She is my insperation.

keep mias memory alive. she was incredible and it saddens me when i think of what could have been. still missing mia..

mike wujnovich - Saturday, April 14th, 2007 10:03 AM PDT
Ya know, Mia used to sing cut my skin with an accoustic guitar when we were sitting around somewhere way back when. Nothing pretentious, just something to say-- real pure stuff. Same thing with the band. Play loud, play fast, getlive and everyone becomes the Drunks Choir. It all seems so surreal now. Like did it happen... Even more surreal is the reality that one night I can't even write it. Everyone can have their piece of Mia,I suppose she is what you think she is/was. She once said I don't want to put someones heart on the wall, they can still have it (or something like that). I don't think you can put her on the wall, even if you think this forum is for posting dumb comments about your internet seach for a dog or a place to display your weak assed porno. This guestbook is such a cool way for people to express their affection for the band and Mia, I wonder what she would have thought. She really was looking for the "Truth" but she laughed at the dumb shit along the way. Remember, she had a tatoo of a chicken because she was the chicken woman! I know all of this means she is some kind of icon. But she really was real, at the counter handing me a free hamburger that Scot cooked at the Frontier Room (Hey Mia, I'm hungry, o.k. wait till it's cool)and of course belting out, ain't got no right!
Viva Zapata!

Mike R - Monday, April 9th, 2007 9:39 PM PDT
Thank you for sharing what you've learned about Mia Zapata, Kerri O'Kane. Hopefully your guys' documentary is nice and long! I can't wait to see watch it and learn more about Mia as a person and the Gits as a band. Have anymore stories about all four Gits??

- Sunday, April 8th, 2007 3:12 PM PDT
The Gits' Documentary will be playing in Brazil for the Resfest in mid May. We will keep you posted. We plan to screen in Seattle again this summer.

Erin - Saturday, April 7th, 2007 11:38 PM PDT
Oh, also, does anyone have lyrics for the "Kings and Queens" album? They weren't included when I bought it, and I have a hard time understanding quite a bit of the lyrics. I still really like the way it sounds though, probably my favorite CD.

Erin - Saturday, April 7th, 2007 11:34 PM PDT
Are there going to be any screenings of the documentary this summer (Mid May to mid Aug)? I have a free flight so I could go see it for my vacation.

Jen K - Monday, April 2nd, 2007 4:59 PM PDT
Right now I'm listening to It All Dies Anyway, wishing I could have met the great gal. Mia will live on as long as you remember her

steve - Friday, March 30th, 2007 7:12 PM PDT
I guess I first heard of the Gits on some cable TV crime show-I have listened to some of their stuff and love it.

Wish I could have seen Mia and the Gits on this planet-but they were an awesome band-

K-L.A. - Friday, March 30th, 2007 3:53 PM PDT
Jason S. , you rock!! Indeed, Mia's life is what's important. I swear to God she is doing good right now. She's rockin' out. On this Earth, she was a funny lady. She had loads of friends who loved her, but one very dear friend, Andy, the guitarist for The Gits, may be her most beloved. It is, though, so sad that so many lives have been altered. However, from what I know, her friends are some of the strongest, talented and most resilient folks that I have ever met. They love Mia and, in spirtit as in life, she loves them back and looks out for them. It's very beautiful actually.

Cheers!

kerri Los Angeles - Monday, March 26th, 2007 3:10 PM PDT
I never met Mia either but, from doing the documentary about the band and so forth, I can tell you that she was really funny and enjoyed her whiskey. I also learned that she was very humble as well as very intelligent--as you can tell by her lyrics. We will try to show the film in Seattle and Portland as soon as possible--it's just crazy right now.
One funny story that I learned about was when Mia would come home from The Comet Tavern or where ever she was, she would come home late and wake up everybody by blasting Dean Martin music and drink martinis---all the while forgetting that she had put some food on the stove to cook which, by the time Mia noticed, flames would be shooting up around the pan.
She was by all accounts a free spirit who loved to laugh and have a good time.

I would love to hear some Mia stories too!!!!

Jason Saines - Saturday, March 24th, 2007 10:11 PM PDT
Sorry O kinda worded some things wrong with my last question, I didn't mean Rockstar like "Rockstar!"..I just ment the rockstar she's become now.

Jason Saines - Saturday, March 24th, 2007 10:08 PM PDT
I was wandering if anyone who knew Mia wouldn't mind telling us some stories about her. I never met her but I've always wander when you were in her presence what was she like away from the rockstar status? I didn't get to see the movie...and I hear some much about The Gits but I really want to know what she was like when not on stage.

If anyone wouldn't mind giving me some idea I'd love to hear it. Thanks.

I sit here listening to one of the greatest bands I have ever had the pleasure of hearing and decided to look you guys up outside of the crap like myspace and shit. I am really glad to hear that ass was caught and given even a half or less of what he deserves for what he did to Mia. I hope that this closes a chapter for you guys and for her family. Best wishes and hopefully the music will come again, even without her great voice.

I saw The Gits movie on the world premiere night in Austin, TX for SXSW and it was incredible!!! My wife and I got there at 7pm and stood in three different lines until they figured out which one the local ticket holders were supposed to occupy. We met Jessica Bender, Kerri O'kane and later at the after party we met Maria Mabra! What a kick ass time we had getting to learn more about the history of Mia and her amazing band. The Gits and 7 Year Bitch are huge influences to us and we felt so welcomed by everyone. The movie was a monumental night and one that I will never forget. I was just a kid when Mia died, but I felt like the movie made her so personable that I felt like she was one of my best friends. Her legacy will live in me and she will forever be apart of me and I thank you all so much for all the work you did to put out the movie, to start Home Alive and to not let terror bring you down. I wish all of you the best and keep rockin'!

I just read that the Gits documentary was playing at SXSW this year, so I had to check this website to see if there was any news of the doc. What I got, instead, was shocking news that the ongoing search for answers to Mia's kilelr had finally been found, & that this 10+ year search had finally ended. I realize this happened 3 years ago (can't believe it's been that long since I checked the site), but for me this was the best news I could have gotten. The whole situation was terribly sad, especially considering how much love Mia had gotten from all of her friends & band for all of these years.
Also, I had the pleasure of seeing Evil Stig many years ago at Liberty Lunch in Austin, and while I read that the Texas shows didn't go so well, the Austin show was completely magical. Thank you so much for continuing Mia's legacy & for sharing your band's music with someone (myself) who never got to see the Gits in my hometown. Peace & respect,
Josh

Tim MacTish - Wednesday, February 28th, 2007 12:02 AM PST
Actually I agree with you as well, I feel the exact same when I go to the locals clubs around my town. I dunno kids today just don't seem to have a fuckin clue how to write good rock tunes anymore. Must be something in those iPods they listen too.

Johnny Pretzel - Tuesday, February 27th, 2007 11:59 PM PST
I went to a show tonight, as usual it was the same old boring shit..emo band after emo band playing the same song and dance over and over for 3 hours. I was standing there half in the bag going how the fuck is it that whenever my band plays somewhere it's always these shows? I felt like I was living in the 80's with emo taking over hair metal. Why are there not enough bands playing raw and forceful DIY music like The Gits did all those years ago? There's people out there whop knock down the whole Gen X movement in the early 90's, but I think they were the only ones who were close enough to making you feel alive again. When I attend these locals shows now I feel numb and uninterested and I'm a fuckin musician..how bad is that!? Thank god for The Gits in all their raw glory.

- Monday, February 26th, 2007 6:23 PM PST
No shit man. This is unbelievable. With ignorant fucks writing crap on The Gits site, it makes you wonder why Mia had to get killed.

mia mia. i remember listening to enter the conquering chicken a million times when i was 14. i still have it in my car and i'm almost 30. i always felt like i knew you. i always heard your voice and your song even when my path was seemingly hopeless. i always felt your presence. i cried when i found out what had happened to you. the brutality. unfair. i still feel your music to this day. i am now in my last year of law school with my hopes that as a prosecutor, i can seek justice for those who can not for themselves. long live mia, and long live the gits. "I know work is the worst part of the day
But when you get out the fun will pay
So now drink with me to no end
'Cause here we are with the best of our friends
It's all I got left in the end are my friends
God love 'em my fuckin' friends" forever - deborah

We hope to play in theaters in London.

Hi, I just watched the documentary that is detailed below on the Crime & Investigation channel here in England. I was a huge fan of the Seattle music scene during the early nineties and now have a teenage daughter who listens to the likes of Nirvana and Pearl Jam and has the love of the music as I do. Went to the website and saw that you made a documentary, will it be shown in Britain or can I get hold of it anywhere? You must have had a little bit inside die the day that monster took that lovely girl away from you allx

Thankyou FFC

Samson Blinded: A Machiavellian Perspective in the Middle East Conflict also scored high in all categories it was nominated. Google earlier banned advertising of that blog for unacceptable content.

Samson Blinded's author advocates religious state of Judea at the border with Israel and expulsion of Arabs. Obadiah Shoher denies democracy dominated by liberals and Muslims and calls Israelis to oppose police efforts at removing the settlements. His other point is dismanlting economically unbearable Israeli army and relying on nuclear weapons. However, he decried Lebanese and Iraq invasions.

Public opinion seems to strongly shift the the right in Middle East issues. Any thoughts on that?

Fire Head - Monday, January 22nd, 2007 9:31 PM PST
Mia Zapata was taken from music . . . music wasn't taken from Mia Zapata. The Gits had so much soul and so much to give to music, it breaks my heart that she was taken away from our eyes and ears. I didn't get a chance to see The Gits. It's a sad, sad thing . . . but she's still alive in music. Rest in Peace, Mia. I hear you singing . . .

Hi! Who and what is a pedophile?
Legally, any adult, mostly a man who has a yen for a child for sex. But many men accused of being a pedophile are only with boys.
What about those men and women who have sex with their children, but they never abuse the kids? Abuse is in the eye of the beholder.
Legally, if a man ate his lunch in a public park and was watching children play, he could be abusing them with his mind. By his thoughts. If a man or woman saw him watching them, and reports it to the police, they would come and more than likely arrest him. Because of someone's opinion, a man or woman's life could end.
What is a Pedophile?
The laws make me sick. If a man is accused of murder, he is offered bail. If a man or woman is accused of being a Pedophile, he locked up.
My opinions are extreme, but only when a child is hurt or killed. But when a father or mother has a loving experience with their children, it is not any business of these fucking do-gooders!
Anyone have any imput?
